UHH WHY SHOULD I LEARN ABOUT VEGAN FOOD FROM YOU *fart noise*
i've been eating vegan for almost four years now! nobody's perfect but it's been really rewarding and i can feel constant improvement.
what i've found about being vegan is that, unless you have a lot of money to buy premade food, you do need to cook.
if you already know how, the adjustments you'll make will become second nature with practice! i was in this camp, and changing what and how i cook has been fun and only gotten easier with time. if you don't, this is an opportunity to learn, and to look to what other people do for inspiration

i'm depressive and anxious with some executive dysfunction issues, i'm not the most naturally organized person and i don't have tons of money. i also have medicine that i need to take with adequate amounts of carbs/protein or else it doesn't work and i get headaches. when i was starting out, i really wasn't sure if i could make this work long-term. if any of this sounds like you, i hope seeing what works for me will let you feel able to find what works for you!

SO, in this space i will be posting resources for anyone out there who may be like me:

if that sounds like you, read on and enjoy!

EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT... your reasoning, your preferences, your skill level, it will all vary depending on who you are!
there are no one-size-fits-all solutions for everyone. but that's what makes it fun.
getting inspired is often the first step for me. so please enjoy this mix of my personal best practices and those of others
